Give Basic Guarantee
1. Place in a suitable environment. The printer must be placed in a stable, clean, moisture-proof, acid and alkali free working environment, and should be away from heat sources, earthquake sources and direct sunlight exposure.
2. Use high-quality ribbon. High quality ribbon is usually based on high-quality ink and nylon tape, with low corrosivity and good particle fluidity; The strip base barge is generally welded by ultrasonic technology, which is smooth and smooth, and is not easy to break the strip and needle.
3. Use good quality paper. The paper with poor quality, uneven paper surface and joints shall not be used for printing as far as possible, otherwise the printing head will not run smoothly and the needle will break.
4. Do not place other items on the printer. In particular, metal objects such as pins and paper clips can prevent foreign matters from falling into the needle printer, causing damage to internal components or circuit boards.
Give Regular Care
1. Clean dust and paper scraps regularly. Clean the dust and paper scraps in the printer with a small brush or vacuum cleaner regularly to prevent dust and paper scraps left on the bill from adhering to the printing roller and affecting normal printing.
2. Check the ribbon regularly. Once it is found that the ribbon is wrinkled, fluffy and the printed words become light, it is necessary to replace the ribbon in a timely manner. Do not use worn ribbon, or the needle may break.
3. Clean the printing needle regularly. For printers that have been used for a long time, the ink and dirt of the ribbon will block the needle guide hole of the printer, affect printing, and also easily cause the needle to break.
Observe the rules of use
1. Correctly use the feed/unload, line feed, pause and other buttons on the operation panel.
2. Adjust the paper thickness adjusting lever of the printer to the appropriate position according to the type of printing paper.
Avoid violent use
1. The idling of the printer shall be minimized.
2. Try not to tear paper forcibly during printing.
3. Try to avoid printing wax paper.
4. Avoid sudden shutdown or power failure during printing.
