Wrap-up session
The May wrap-up meeting was held as scheduled, with emphasis on product quality, responding quickly to customer requests, providing individual solutions to different customers and learning to innovate and change the way we think about our work.
We welcome new team members to join us and offer more possibilities and plasticity to the company. We are looking forward to the future and leading by example! To actively complete the task of the small partners, promote recognition rewards to provide positive feedback.
Training Exchange
Partners were invited to visit the company for training and exchange. The training and exchange mainly revolved around the four main sections of brand marketing, product services, market policies and field trips. To promote communication between each other and establish a deeper cooperation and friendly relationship.
Outreach Activities
In order to further stimulate the staff and partners to "optimize - enterprising" concept, give full play to and mobilize the collective wisdom of team members, enhance the cohesion of the team, and set off towards a goal. Gopal's Party Branch organised a group building and development activity for the Party members of the Branch, the backbone of the company and the partners.
The event incorporated a number of fun teamwork games, which tested the team members' tacit understanding, instant reaction and ability to express information. Through a few games, members of COBOL and the partners got to know each other very well.
On the second day, we all took part in the summiting activity. Some of the team encouraged and supported each other along the way, soaking their clothes with sweat, before finally reaching the summit and attempting the joy of victory.
Safety Training
In order to effectively implement the Work Safety Month 2023, Desheng Community, in conjunction with Gopal, conducted a comprehensive emergency evacuation and rescue and fire equipment practical exercise. All Gopal staff participated in the training to raise awareness of fire safety and to master the methods of emergency evacuation, emergency evacuation and self-help and mutual assistance.
Dragon Boat Festival
On the occasion of the Dragon Boat Festival, the company has given out a wave of small benefits to the staff in order to make them feel better at home.
