For small quantity of defective printer ribbon, please kindly send us some proof of quality problems, such as photo and scanned print sheets, etc. And we will send you replacement ribbon of same model and quantity along with next shipment

COBOL materials include nylon 66, COBOL quality ribbon ink, ABS plastic cassettes. Nylon 66 is made in Japn, ribbon ink is developed by COBOL, our plastic cassettes are made by high class ABS raw material
